Trauma Healing Music
EMDR can standalone and takes many forms. It is now available free and integrated with music to add a soothing element. You no longer have to pay a therapist or even pay for an app to do it on your own. You can do so with free YouTube Videos. I also recommend EMDR playlists on the Calm App if you like. 432Hz is helpful as well. Many of these resources overlap with sleep resources. I have categorized sleep resources separately but you can use many of those to achieve similar benefits.
